“Back from Kathmandu”
After 34.5hrs of continuous travel--
a 5.5 hr flight from Kathmandu to Dubai
a 14.5 hr flight from Dubai to New York
10hrs of waiting time in airports,
and a 4.5 hr drive from New York to PA
—we’re back from Kathmandu.
And my back is ok. That would not have been the case 4 years ago.
Thanks to this style of Yoga (thanks Lara and Yoga Lab!)
and a great massage therapist (thanks Dylan!),
I’m feeling pretty good.
I’m definitely happy to be back.
Tonight I’ll share some of the practices that kept my back happy.
