Intro to Yoga starts Sunday 9/13/15!
Jeremy and I are very excited to teach TWO Intro to Yoga Workshop series starting on Sunday 9/13/15. It's perfect for students new to yoga who want a small, safe, class environment where we focus on the basics and you can ask a lot of questions. You can join us for an Intro to Yoga series at Lila Yoga Studios, Sundays 6:45 - 8pm for five consecutive weeks; OR an Intro to Yoga series at One on One Fitness, Sundays 11am - 12pm for four consecutive weeks.
